This construction operation is about 82 living units of the collective dwelling “ferme du château”, plot CLH 18.3, in Chessy (77, France).
Aware of environmental convictions, this housing project is organized around principles of intrinsically sustainable architecture, thanks to bio-sourced construction and insulation materials, a wooden framework, as well as a low-tech bioclimatic conception. It is composed of three volumes of collective dwelling: three-storeys above ground floor on the north and east side wings, and two storeys for the south building. These volumes are gathered around a shared green field, furnished at the inhabitant’s service.
